The Ageless Goddess Series

Our first workshop retreat was a day of connection, learning, joy and deep relaxation. But we barely scratched the surface of a host of valuable topics. 

We would love to continue the journey with you to explore ways we can age beautifully and build upon the loving supportive connections.

The Ageless Goddess Workshop Series will cover the following topics in more depth:

1. Ageing and a Healthy Spine – a healthy spine is the key to healthy posture. We will explore latest research and experience ways to find effortless carriage to help us move with ease & grace.

2. Ageing and Menopause – embracing this powerful stage of our lives with understanding and compassion. We’ll unpack taboos and explore ways to support and flourish during menopause.

What to expect at a Somatic Workshop

Somatic workshops give you a chance to experience the benefits of interoception; deep interior awareness of your body so you can teach your brain what’s tight in your body and how to release it. You will learn new skills, the principles of Hanna Somatic movement and find a comfort and ease in your body and mind that you will want to maintain. Take home notes and private coaching sessions are available to help you find your own way of working with this remarkable practice.
