Deep Release with Somatic Yoga
This is a 6 week course designed to continue releasing our muscles and fascia.
We will use Somatics and yoga to explore long, deep releases using props to support you so you never feel like you’re stretching beyond your limits. Your nervous system will benefit from slowing down and the profound relaxation of this ‘yin’ type yoga.
This course is for anyone who longs to relieve chronic muscular aches and pains.
We will be moving slowly and holding poses mostly on the floor. When we slow down and turn our attention inwards we train our nervous systems to switch into rest and digest mode; the best state to open to new sensations and skills.
This course is conducted at Erindale Neighbourhood Centre.
Course ends 1st December 22
